How the 13.14c figure is calculated

13.14c/kWh = $4,358k revenue / 33,171 MWh x 100. This is EIA's average realised price for 2024: everything Surprise Valley Electrification billed its residential customers (energy, delivery, fuel and rider charges, fixed charges) divided by the kilowatt-hours it sold.
