How the 14.00c figure is calculated

14.00c/kWh = $130,042k revenue / 929,091 MWh x 100. This is EIA's average realised price for 2024: everything Dakota Electric Association billed its residential customers (energy, delivery, fuel and rider charges, fixed charges) divided by the kilowatt-hours it sold.
