How the 12.52c figure is calculated
12.52c/kWh = $1,078,494k revenue / 8,613,735 MWh x 100. This is EIA's average realised price for 2024: everything PacifiCorp billed its residential customers (energy, delivery, fuel and rider charges, fixed charges) divided by the kilowatt-hours it sold.
